Chris Dittmar heads to the Mount Benson Wine Region and drops into Cape Jaffa Wines. The uniqueness of this winery extends beyond the diversity of their wine list. The whole operation is totally biodynamic, one of a select few wineries in the state to become fully certified for using this process. Their white wines, especially their Sauvignon Blanc have always been popular, but now their red wines are also gaining a strong reputation.
