Rosanna Mangierelli heads to the Limestone Coast Cheese Company Cellar door, tucked away in the little hamlet of Lucindale - about 40km's west of Naracoorte. Local couple Sandra and Matt Allsop have recently launched the Limestone Coast Cheese Company and are already gaining a reputation for their cloth wrapped vintage cheddar called Callendale.
