Chris Dittmar follows his nose to Poplars a Kitchen Café in the Coonawarra which offers lunch, cellar door, cheese tasting and a produce store all under one roof. There's a nice lounge area to relax in or you can eat at the tables in the café or outside on the patio. Open for breakfast and lunch 7 days a week from 9am til 6pm. The official opening of the Poplars Kitchen Café is next week so this place is really just hot off the press, next time you're driving through the Coonawarra make sure you drop in and take a look around.
