Briony Hume takes her tastebuds on a treasure hunt… it's called "The Amazing Taste" and it will have you driving through some of McLaren Vale's most lovely scenery, while challenging you to unravel a series of clever clues to find your next destination. It's easy to get started, you don't need to book, just drop into the McLaren Vale Visitor Information Centre and pay a small fee for the paperwork you'll need for the journey - then it's time to match the mysterious messages on the clue sheet to the surrounding landmarks. The trail will eventually take you to 4 participating wineries, where you'll also receive 10 percent discount off the price of any wine purchases. Once you've completed the trail you can also go into the draw for a special wine prize.
