Briony Hume introduces us to Mintaro's stunning new gourmet café. Swans at Mintaro is a café restaurant where heritage meets hip, and fresh is the mantra. The Gosse family owns a beautiful stretch of countryside and over the course of a year, have transformed the crumbling ruin of a cottage that had sat slowly disintegrating on their property into a cosy, rustic haven. The menu boasts dishes like Clare Valley Lamb and rustic chicken pie, as well as mouth watering sweet treats baked daily.
