Now that we’re finally into those “months with an ‘R’” Cherylee Harris heads out into the gulf with our fishing expert Paul Jury to pick up some tips and tricks for the crabbing season which is at it’s best from October thru to early March.
CHERYLEE’S SEAFOOD SAUCE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
½ cup Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Thickened Cream
Salt & Pepper
Fresh Lemon
METHOD
• Place half a cup of tomato sauce in a mixing jug, add a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce (alter to taste) and mix.
• Slowly pour in cream until colour is a soft apricot colour, add salt and pepper and a splash of lemon to taste.
