At Regency Park Tafe the "˜casual' cheese buff might be interested in a basic one day course but if you're a dedicated cheese fanatic you can surround yourself with cheese for a week!
A range of cheesemaking courses are being offered at Regency Campus in the newly developed cheese hall, conducted by Neil Willman, an experienced Master Cheesemaker and educator of 26 years.

No prior experience is needed.
