Over the last couple of years on Discover we've been showing you the best of South Australia's Hotels and today we've got two more to add to the list. Chris Dittmar visits the newly re-built Walkers Arms at Collinswood and the Stirling Hotel in the Adelaide Hills. You may remember seeing the Walkers Arms burn to the ground on the news just over two years ago, it's now been rebuilt from the ground up and the latest "Walkers"� includes the newest and best of everything. Not only is the buffet as popular as ever, the stylish rooms upstairs are very impressive. They've included 12 deluxe rooms and 8 Spa rooms with kitchen areas and huge Bathrooms. Up in the Hills the Stirling Hotel has upstairs accommodation that has now been completed, transforming 12 unused old style rooms into 5 unique suites, one even features a steam room!
