Pete and Leigh whip up an easy dessert - soft centred Chocolate Puddings. These easy puddings only take 6 minutes to cook and are the perfect no-fuss dessert, ideal for a dinner party.

CHOCOLATE PUDDINGS RECIPE
Ingredients
185gms dark chocolate
185gms butter
3 whole eggs
3 egg yolks
6 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp plain flour
Method
• Melt chocolate and butter together and set aside.
• Mix eggs, yolks and sugar together beating lightly, combine melted chocolate and butter with egg mixture and fold in flour.
• Pour mixture into greased ramekins and bake in the oven at 180c for 6 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with double cream.
